Dear First Tee Supporter,
Fall is here and we're looking forward to enjoying cooler weather for our programming and special events. Exciting things are happening on Campus, and we're happy to report that our Board of Directors and Membership is growing steadily. See the terrific stories about our First Tee kids and some of their accomplishments, and be sure to register for the Parent/Child Tournament on September 24th. Space is limited, so the sooner you register, the better.
And lastly, we hope you will consider participating in our annual More Than a Game Celebrity Golf Tournament in November. Individual and team participation is available, and it's a great opportunity to raise money for a terrific cause while enjoying the company of local celebrities.
Thanks again for your continued support, and remember, when you golf at the Harvey Penick Golf Campus, you support kids in your community. Come on out for a quick round -- Dan and his team look forward to seeing you!
Warm Regards,

Vicki Woodcock, LPGA/PGA Chief Operating Officer The First Tee of Greater Austin |

Personal Donor - Charles Wirtanen Charles Wirtanen knew about the youth development programs at the First Tee of Greater Austin (TFTGA) and felt they were “very, very worthwhile”, but lacks the time to participate firsthand. He therefore set up a regular $50 per month contribution to TFTGA on PayPal, knowing his contribution would be put to good use. And, as just $500 covers a child’s entire year in our award-winning program, his contribution is, in fact, making a difference. More>> | |
